The extension's length and curl varies depending on the brand.

WARNING: Our length is 1-2 mm longer than most brands you will find.

 

Order status

You can find the status of your order by the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.

 

When can I use my points?

You can use your points at the next checkout. It will expire 24 months after the last usage.

 

Out of stock products

We have an "email me" feature that will notify you when the product is back.

 

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After this period, the product is nonrefundable.
To start the return process, please contact us with your order number and the specific reason for return.

We are only able to refund, return or exchange damaged or incorrectly sent products.

 

Salon Discount 

What you see on the website is the salon and professional prices.

For any large order (from 2,000USD total price an up), we offer increasing discounts.

You will see the large order discount at the end of your checkup.

 

OEM

We offer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), putting your logo on our product as your original products.

About shipping 

We ship worldwide from Tokyo Japan. 

International orders: If you purchase more than 24 items for cosmetics (any products which go on the skin) we might need to separate the order for you to receive the goods smoothly through custom.

 

How much is shipping cost?

Domestic Shipping (within Japan) cost over 7,000JPY order will be free.

For All shipping rates for Domestic less than 7,000JPY orders and international orders will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

- Domestic vs International shipments

- Total weight of package

- Selected shipping method

We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

 

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, our whole line is cruelty-free. We have also researched our manufactures and know 100% they don’t affiliate or get ingredients from places that are not cruelty-free.

 

How long does shipping take?

Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday 2:59pm (Tokyo time), excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, Obon (Buddhist festival in Japan), End and Begging of the year. Orders will be shipped off 1­-2 business day after you order. 

 

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to: 

- Total distance between us and you.

- Whether your parcel is a domestic (Japan) or international (everywhere else) shipment.

- What delivery method you select.

 

ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. 

 

Within Japan : 

1-3 Business Days 

 

International :

EMS Express: 2-10 Business Days
